About This Collection
When it comes to heart health, this is the last thing that should be taken lightly. Too many times have we lost loved ones, and canines over a heart related death that could have been saved, prevented, or even treated.
In 2020, over 1000 dogs had been diagnosed with a heart related condition like DCM or CHF.
In 2022, an additional 255 dogs were added to the list.
Human cases exceed 100,000 since 2001 to 2021. At least 35,000 cases of cardiac arrests are reported every year. It is time, to take not only our health seriously, but our companion's as well. There are ways to improve your health, prevent (not 100% guaranteed), and even comfortably live with cardio related illnesses. By looking into foods more seriously, staying away from red flag ingredients, and maintaining your cholesterol, as well as getting daily exercise. The steps can be fairly easy.
Cardio health is something that we all need to take more seriously. Let's decrease these numbers and make a change worth living for.
Our collection was created to add as a reminder as well as support those humans or canines that may have cardio health issues going on or have a family history of.
Due to this cause being very close to our heart (see what we did there?), we will be donating a portion of the sales to "Heart and Stroke Foundation" within our community as well as smaller not-for-profit canine related charities to assist in providing medication to canines that need this type of care but their owners may not be able to afford it.
The last thing any owner wants to do is give up their dog because they are no longer able to financially support their medical needs. We grow to love our canines and like our actual heart, they feel a part of it.
